Chatting to customers consistently they heard the same feedback: the tools weren't built for the person actually doing the work. They were built for the agency selling the work, or the enterprise measuring the work. The freelancer, the multi-brand marketer, the solo business owner – we were on our own and losing money through overcomplicated marketing or struggling to keep up with the latest.
